Join London-based master yoga teacher David for an immersive 2-hour journey that weaves together the transformative power of sacred sound, gentle movement, and profound rest.

We begin with pranayama infused with traditional chanting and mantra practice - allowing the vibrations to guide you into deeper states of presence and inner stillness. The journey continues with nurturing yin yoga poses and optional Thai massage assists.
